Inspired by the oyster beds of the Lynnhaven River near my home, this piece was created with collage elements from drawings and paintings done by visitors to my booth at various art shows. I love the textures and colors of oysters and hoped the making of the collective work of art served to raise some awareness of the efforts to restore the oyster populations of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. 48" x 48"
