Free and open to the public every Saturday at 10am. Please arrive promptly to have time to get settled. Doors will be locked at 10:10 and the session will begin at 10:15. Bring your own cushion, or chairs and benches are available. (This is meant to be very basic mindfulness practice, not associated with any agenda, religion, or organization.)
